I've Just Noticed 3 Dark Spots, All Different Sizes In

I've just noticed 3 dark spots, all different sizes in my vaginal area. I don't see a tick body, but don't have any other reason to have these spots all of a sudden. How do I determine if they are ticks, and, since I'm alone and can't really remove myself, what do you suggest.
