Last Night I Experienced Intense Dizziness, Tie The Point I

Last night I experienced intense dizziness, tie the point I was nauseous and could not walk straight, from one couch to the other, and had a kinda loud hissing ringing sound I think on the left side of my head, maybe near my ear. I was very scared, got to the couch put my head down, and after about 10mins everything went away, except the nauseous.feeling.
