Last summer I was diagnosed with casein intolerance, and in fact eliminating casein from my diet, along with probiotics and Moss Nutrition's GI special pretty much cured my symptoms of frequent, explosive, largely non productive bowel movements with some blood. Then I had some cheese about six weeks ago and I'm back to square 1. Moss Nutrition is out of its GI special, which is what really did the trick last time (maybe they'll have it again in a few weeks). No more casein, back on probiotics, but little progress. So my questions, is there anything else like Moss Nutrition's GI special (specs at https://www.mossnutrition.com/products/giselectipowder160g/?listWidgetID=348) on the market? and might something else be tearing up my intestines? I have not worried about gluten, and am beginning to think maybe I should.
