Last Week As I Was Watering Gardens I Slipped On

Last week as I was watering gardens I slipped on my wet sandal and turned my foot, as one turns an ankle, but it was just the top third of my foot. Intense pain. Since then I have constant pain in the fourth toe and mid foot just below that toe. Mike discoloration, minimal visible swelling, but constant throbbing and more intense pain upon walking. I can live with it, but should I be worried? Just FYI I have RA as well, hands and wrists and feet and ankles.
