Late Last Night While I Was Cooking Dinner I Began

Late last night while I was cooking dinner I began having heavy cramps, so I figured well maybe I just need to have a bowle movement, so I went to the restroom and sat for a while, urainated and then the cramping suddenly stopped, with out having a bowle movement l. So I wiped and saw that the toilet paper was red and pink, so I looked into the toilet and saw a red and pink mucousy clot, and in the clot was ;the best way for me to explain it; two small beans . I am very concerned at this point
