Morning, Dr. David. I'm Vira From Indonesia, I Couldn't Find

Morning, dr. David. I'm Vira from Indonesia, I couldn't find online services like this in my country so here I am. I've been with my boyfriend for 2.5 years and he's started accusing me for cheating, leaving him & stuffs around 6 months ago. At first, it seems normal. I thought he was just being unreasonably jealous or afraid of me leaving him (when I don't). But things get worse. He started to think I'm just being with him so that I know his secrets & stuffs and tells people about it. He also accused me of telling people his business' secret, he started questioning everything and negative thinking about his own family. I couldn't describe it clearly because of language barrier, but I've searched online about his symptoms or act, it leads to delusion. He believes anything he thinks when it doesn't even make any sense in real life. But for him, it's real. Before it gets worse, he tells me there's a voice inside his head that takes control and he couldn't handle it. I couldn't get him to a real psychiatric because his family doesn't understand or even care about mental illness. His family wants to go to someone with a 'gift'. And I'm upset about it. It was a traditional way to heal people here but not scientifically approved (of course). Can I buy a pill or something to calm his state of mind? How to deal with his accusations and stuffs?
