My 13 Year Old Dog Has Been Diagnosed With Diabetes,

My 13 year old dog has been diagnosed with diabetes, pancreatitis, cholangiohepatitis and an enlarged, inflammed stomach that is not emptying. She was put on 2 antibiotics, anti-nausea medication, mirtazapine, ranitidine, iv fluids, long acting insulin, bupenorphine for pain, motility medication. Her blood sugar level and ketones are not improving, she refuses to eat and her stomach is grossly distended and she now has crackles at the base of her lungs. She has faint bowl sounds in her upper abd only. Can she be given an NSAID or steroid for the inflamation? Please help.
