My 18 Month Old Has Been Listless For 5 Days,

My 18 month old has been listless for 5 days, sleeping excessively, crying inconsolably, low appetite, some diarrhea (1-2 times per day, white frothy). No fever, no rash. Slight runny nose - mucus is clear. Wet cough, sporadic. She seems to be in pain. Urgent care nurse couldn't find anything other than redness in ears. Should I seek a second opinion?
