My 19 Month Old Daughter Has Ear Tags (no Hearing

My 19 month old daughter has ear tags (no hearing loss at this time), a sacral dimple (no hair), depressed sternum, cafe au last spot on her lower back, belly button "hernia", and a diagnosed UTI. The pediatrician stated that she had a "triad" of birth defects that we need to keep an eye on for neurologic problems - I could tell that she wasn't trying to freak me out, but by doing that, she did. What do I need to keep an eye on?
