My 2 Year Old Child Has Dry Cough And Cold.

My 2 year old child has dry cough and cold. The doctor consulted had advised us with Advent Forte Syrup 5mg morning and night, Syrup of Cetirizine hydrochloride and Ambroxol hydrochloride 5mg morning and night. It has been 3 days now and it still the same though the cold has reduced. DO we have to continue the same for few more days
