My 23 yr old son (very slim, athletic, and non drinker, non smoker) developed what he thought might be a gas pocket, in his chest last night after dinner, the pain radiates to his shoulder and put his back, it hurts more when he breathes deep, and tums haven't worked at all. He is burping with this. Could this be pleurisy?
