My 35 Yr Old Daughter, Suffers From PTSD From Time

My 35 yr old daughter, suffers from PTSD from time in the service (been out for 10yrs) She has 3 girls 10 to 3yrs old, has been experiencing anxiety w/a move across country, she was in ER a wk ago for ultra sound on her leg, behind her knee was swollen & painful, ruled out blood clot, they left for their move today & has told me she has throbbing & warmth in her feet...both of them, she's driving & just getting over menstruation. Any advice on what could help her would be appreciated, ty
