My 37 Year Old Daughter Has Red Blisters, Some Are

My 37 year old daughter has red blisters, some are pus filled on her face, neck, chest, and both lower legs. Her legs are swollen. Her knee cap is so swollen, you can't hardly see her knee. She said the blisters are severely painful. She can hardly stand to touch them.
