My 4 Y.o. Daughter Has Been Running A Low Grade

My 4 y.o. daughter has been running a low grade temp (101.4) off and on for 2 days now, is c/o chills, is lethargic and has no appetite. No other s/s of infection (no swollen glands, rash, muscle aches, or n/v). I've been pushing fluids and bed rest, but no improvement yet. Any other suggestions?
