My 5 Year Old Daughter Has A "splinter" In Her

My 5 year old daughter has a "splinter" in her throat. I believe it's pizza crust. Half of it is stabbed inside her tonsils or adenoids, the other half is sticking out. It's sharp and causing her to bleed, gag, and puke. We tried having her eat bread, drink warm water, and gargle. I'm not sure what else to do
