My 6 Year Old Daughter Had A Temp (102.2) On

My 6 year old daughter had a temp (102.2) on Sunday, was able to break temp by using tylenol and motrin. Kept her home on Monday, she felt better. Went to school on Tuesday but by evening time she started complaining that her calf's on both legs hurt. Rubbed legs and she slept fine during the night. Woke up today and could barely walk. Took to dr, negative for strep, ears looked good and lungs were fine. Doctor put her on antibiotic and said if leg pain doesn't go away to call him on Friday. She now has a low grade temp of 101. My main concern is the leg pain, she can barely walk. Thoughts?
