My 9 year old daughter has a rash - started on Sunday - she was in the sun all day playing on a slip n slide. Rash started only where her bikini top and bottom were. Next day spread to her stomach and next day her bottom. We have been applying cortisone cream and she took a baking soda bath today. After the bath she looked a little better (spots were more pink than red in color). Now I just noticed she has a rash around her mouth. It is like little red bumps - ranging in size from about 2mm - 4mm. Not clustered tightly together. But around her mouth is clustered tightly and not so defined (more like a large patch of irritated skin). No other symptoms. Rash is itchy but not extremely so.
