My ECG Showed Sinus Bradycardia With Minimal Voltage Criteria For

My ECG showed Sinus Bradycardia with minimal voltage criteria for LVH normal variant inferior infarct, age undetermined, T wave abnormally, consider lateral Ischemia. This was strange as I was in the hospital due to heart discomfort. I did angiography, echo, ECG in the hospital and all were normal at the time. Please advise if this is something serious. I have high blood pressure.
