My Mother Is 73. This Week She Was Feeling Light

My Mother is 73. This week she was feeling light headed, them became nauseous. She vomited and then did not remember doing so. Her blood pressure (normally normal with no meds) was 180/over something elevated. She went to the E/R. All tests were normal, MRR, CT, urine, etc. They say TIA. I'm not so sure. No history of stroke/heart issues with her personally. She is not overweight, no smoking. If this was a TIA I want her to see a Neurologist. If not TIA, I want to know what it was. How can we chase this down?
