My Blood Sugar Lever Is Between 5-7 As I Test

My blood sugar lever is between 5-7 as I test myself every other day. I am 71 years old, retired builder and do handyman work. I have been increasingly tired from day to day and drag myself out of bed each day, when I eat, I want to sleep whether its breakfast lunch or dinner. Tiredness is a great problem. My doctor told me it was age and I should be doing less. I have been hit by the odd Mossie or two, but never worry about it, I can't remember the last Mossie, but it would have been about 2 months ago; oddly around the time I was bitten. I have had headaches occasionally, get sick most mornings as I find it had to swallow, have pains in arms and chest occasionally, but I think this is due to lifting, grunting and groaning. But a friend suggested that I may have ross river fever. Can you help. Thank you.
