My boyfriend told me one of his testicles is swollen. He noticed it about 2am. No pain or fever is occurring but he stayed up worrying. He's also complaining of feeling tired but that could be from lack of sleep, or worrying, but I am concerned he may have an infection. He's tried cool compress and the swelling hasn't gotten worse but isn't better. No injuries have occurred and we've been in a monogamous relationship for nearly two years. What do you think?
