My Boyfriend, Who Takes 5 Mg Of Trintellix-the Anti-depressant, And

My boyfriend, who takes 5 mg of Trintellix-the anti-depressant, and WAS taking a supplement called L-Tyrosine (which he stopped taking two days ago) has been having issues with blurred, sometimes double vision. And now it seems his right eyelid has started drooping. Aside from feeling dizzy from time to time, his main issue has been the eyes. He has NO history of eyesight issues (perfect vision) and is otherwise a very healthy man. He is 36 years old, regularly exercises, weighs approx 185 pounds at 5 foot 11inches tall. He has been taking the anti-depressant since June of this year and was taking the supplement (l-tyrosine) for approx 4-6 weeks but we can't remember exactly when he started. Do you think the eye issues could be a reaction to the medicine and the supplements?
