My Dad, 84 Is Experiencing Very Dry Mouth And His

My dad, 84 is experiencing very dry mouth and his lips feel sticky. Right side stroke 10 yrs ago. He's on Cymbalta 90 mg daily for about one year now as well as other meds such as Plavix, Lyrica, Norspan patch, Lipitor and Atacand was stopped this week. He also stopped Frusemide today after finishing amount recommended by hospital after a 10 day bout of pneumonia and heart failure. Thanks for your time.
