My Daughter Has Rett Syndrome. Takes 500mg Trazadone Per Day.

My daughter has Rett syndrome. Takes 500mg trazadone per day. Doc added 50mg 5htp. Today was first dose, accidentally gave 100mg (comes in capsule, not sure how to split the powder in half) Got sleepy, normal appetite, no behavioral issues, happy to nothing all day (unusual for her) no sweating, normal pulse. Does seratonin syndrome present on first dose or after awhile?
