My Daughter Is 15 Years Old. Two Weeks Ago, She

My daughter is 15 years old. Two weeks ago, she felt bad all day. She laid in the floor saying her stomach hurt and she thought she was going to throw up. She also felt a little dizzy. She didn't eat most of the day. Finally, she ate a chicken wrap that evening for dinner after she started to feel a little better. Then she felt worse again, but was fine the next day. A week later, she experienced similar feelings and missed a day of school. She did not throw up either time. She has said for several days that she doesn't have an appetite and difficulty getting herself to swallow food. However, she has still been eating. Today, she felt dizzy and nauseous at school and was given Pepto Bismo. Late this evening, she started feeling worse again. She did not feel nauseous but a little dizzy, difficulty getting herself to eat something, her arms and legs were shaking. She kept saying that she had never felt like this in her life and she was scared. She asked me several times to take her to the emergency room. I thought it could possibly be anxiety from returning to school 2 weeks ago. She stresses about school, but is fine when she is there. I don't know of anything else she could be worried about. Could this be something significant, possibly related to sugar levels? I don't want to minimize her feelings, but I don't want to take her to the emergency room for stress or anxiety. Any thoughts?
