My Daughter Is Ten Years Old. She Has Had A

My daughter is ten years old. She has had a cough since last spring of 2015. Her symptoms are: a cronic cought that doesn't go away, a tickle in the throat, coughs more when exercising, when she eats, its a feeling of fullness after a couple of bites and the food feels like it don't go down all the way. She has gone to a specialist for allergies/asthma. She did the breathing in a tube and past the test. No asthma. She is alergic to cats, dogs, and molds. We have no pets at home. She has been on medicine for allergies and sinuses drainage and with no results. My husband and I don't smoke or drink alcohol. Do you have any ideal what it could possible be?
