My daughter on returning from holiday has developed an extremely swollen and uncomfortable stomach, she is definately not pregnant, until now she has not had any pain, but is in some discomfort tonight! she is not going to the toilet often, and when she does go she is only passing very small stools, she does not look ill, but is extremely uncomfortable any ideas what possible cause could be?j
