My Eosinophil Is 22%, Iam Not Suffering From Any Of

My eosinophil is 22%, iam not suffering from any of the symptoms like cough, cold, fever etc.but travelling a little bit. I want to reduce it as I have to clear my medical Examination for job. What should I do, somewhere I also read that steroids can reduce it drastically, could you please help with specific steroid and medication for it. Thanks
