My Girlfriend Is 53 And Keeps Excellent Health. The Past

My girlfriend is 53 and keeps excellent health. the past 2 years she has had a lot of emotional upset. however, she sleeps ok and is busy. Normal life really. recently she has 3 or 4 nosebleeds, dizziness, tingly fingers, feeling cold, bad fatigue, possible migranes, headaches at back of neck that don't feel like a usual headache. GP have ruled out anemia, blood sugar and blood pressure is 145 95. probably not high enough to cause symptoms. the most persistent symptom seems to be the dizziness. No tinnitus... I am a bit worried as I know dizziness can be warning of more serious things,, not sure how she can get the attention I think this may need, I'm in uk
