My health is not good but I manage. I have HBP on meds, diabetic, take meds , HC take meds, arthritis take Aleve, and on set of congestive heart failure, take meds... I am a little overweight still but lost over 50lbs and still keeping it off. But my throat is and stays so sore all the time.
