My Husband Crushed His Elbo 2 Years Ago And Had

My husband crushed his elbo 2 years ago and had surgery. His Dr.put him on Tramadol-50Ml, as needed. Since then he has gotten very paranoid, untrusting of family and friends and even me( his wife) to be so blunt, he has gotten down right mean. Nobody, family or friends want to be around him,anymore. In your opinion, do you think, the Tramadol has anything to do with his mood changes?
