My Husband Has Been Doctoring For A Few Years Over

My husband has been doctoring for a few years over symptoms of sweatiness, anxiety, fatigue, bleeding Hem roids, bleeding nose ( no scephter),spells of blurry vision, rotting teeth(now removed), most blood tests can reveal nothing, his blood pressure has gone up only recently, he has frequent bowel movements (3-4) a day, he keeps insisting he has hyperglycaemia and takes over 12 glucose tablets a day, more than half his diet a day consists of sugary foods and beverages-some diagnosis have indicted a adenoma but apparently can't be seen in any ultrasounds or mri - four years ago he worked at an outdoor job and was in relatively good shape but since retirement 2 years ago his health is deteriorating .....what can this condition be?
