My Husband Has Been Having Dizziness, Passed Out 4 Times,

My husband has been having dizziness, passed out 4 times, nauseated, severe headaches, and just not feeling good at all. Tired, weak. He had a TIA in 2006, brain surgery and heart problems. He is seeing his PCP but in the meantime, can you provide us with a probable cause?
