My Husband Has Been Told In The Past That He

My husband has been told in the past that he would have to have a pacemaker due to bradycardia. He is having symptoms of heaviness in the chest and arms and sometimes feels as if he can't get enough air, and his legs have edema (pitting) more often. He does not have enough energy to get up sometimes. He takes 3 high blood pressure meds, has a diuretic, and takes meds for gout and lupus He also has sleep apnea with adiagnosis of hypersomnia wth long sleep time. Has, also, a family history of heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. He is overweight. He sees a physician regularly. Could he need a pacemaker now? What is our next step?
