My Husband Has Post Polio , His Legs Are Getting

My husband has post polio , his legs are getting weaker everyday. Some doctors state there is no treatment what so ever. Currently he uses a wheelchair when his gait is very weak. He is complex patient (3 cancers, 2 heart attacks, diabetes, medical establishment tells him he is luckly to be alive. He was a long distance cyclist, backpacker and very active. He is 70.
