My Husband Has Swollen Red Areas On Legs, Tops Of

My husband has swollen red areas on legs, tops of feet are swollen, red area all around his abdomen to three inches from his backbone on both sides. Yesterday he thought there was a blister on the back of his leg, no blister but lots of water losing from his skin. He stated tonight his abdomen will ooze also. He is not feeling well but cannot pinpoint it, really tired, no fever. We just returned from a week in Orlando. I am baffled.
