My Husband Is 41 Yo Male Who Is Overweight With

My husband is 41 yo male who is overweight with diabetes Type II, hypertensive for 15+ years, smokes 1-1/2 ppd cigarettes. He had an EKG read sinus tachycardia, possible left atrial enlargement, ST & T wave abnormality, consider inferolateral ischemia. No troponin levels were checked at the ER but his BP was running 240/160. What does all this mean?
