My Husband Is 81 Years Young He Has Been Having

My husband is 81 years young he has been having symptoms of extreme muscle ache. He is very
active in lite construction and may have overdone himself at Christmas when trying to make gifts
for everyone; lifting sheets of plywood, using a saw cutting out cabinetry items etc. You get the picture

I am sure. He has been to the Dr, had blood work done, is taking Tramadol and Walgreens equiv.
to Tylenol. In the morning he cannot even tie his shoes, and struggles to get himself out of a recliner.

His blood pressure became a little elevated, like l44, so he cut salt out of his diet. Do you think
this could have an effect on his body, because he is so active.
