My Husband Is In A Nursing Home And They Have

My husband is in a nursing home and they have him on 200mg of zoloft every morning. He has a history of sexual disinhibition since having a severe stroke 6 years ago on this coming Jan. 3, 2016. He started on lower a dose and has since had it increased for his sexual disinhibition - I think that has made things worse. He doesn't know why he does it, it just happens. He was home over Christmas and one night I think he had a small seizure when he was asleep - he just started tensing and shaking - it woke me up. He bruises easily and said he feels like he is standing on his head even when his head and chest is elevated. He "sees" people who are not there and he is legally blind since his stroke. Recently, he is more agitated and short with me which is totally uncharacteristic. I feel like he may be overmedicated on Zoloft. We may need to change to something else. The sexual disinhibition is unpleasant, ugly, at times, and inappropriate - I am totally frustrated with the whole situation and the nursing home is too - in fact, they a pulling a classic nursing home dump because of the situation. I have to move him with the closest nursing home 1 hour and 20 minutes away from my home. Are there other medications. to try?
