My Husband Just Came Back From Spending 5 Hours In

My husband just came back from spending 5 hours in the ER for chest pain. They became less frequent but still painful about 2 minutes of pain and then it would subside, every 2+ hours. After EKGs and a CT scan and an xray and blood drawn, they concluded indigestion, not a heart attack or stroke. He ate a burger on the way home. One hour later, the pain became severe, and he's been in the bathroom throwing up at least 5 times now, chest pain is more behind the sternum and he seems feverish. Can you suggest what might be happening? Thank you for your time.
