My Insurance Plan Tells Me They Not Supply My Prescription
My insurance plan tells me they not supply my prescription for Cyclobenzapr 10 mg. in 2016. Previous prescriptions had been for "Flexeril".
Anyway, insurance suggests Meloxicam Tab, Diclofenac Tab, Tizanidine Tab, Gabapentin, or Lyrica.
I would like to know if these are 1) generic 2) complications with other prescriptions 3) how they rate for Drug Classification (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, etc.) Thank you
