My Lab Results Came Back: Wbc 3.1, MCH 27, Neutrophile

My lab results came back: wbc 3.1, MCH 27, neutrophile segment 44%, ANC 1, lymphocyte count 43% and alpha 2 globulin 1.1. Also dr. wanted panel run for lymphoma & leukemia. Diagnosed with Monoclonal Gammopathy of unspecified origin some years back. Should I be worried. I am 66 and in pretty good health. Thyroid radiated away in early 20's. A lot of arthritis now in knees, shoulders & hip.
