My Mom Just Had A Knee Replacement And Doesn't Seem

My mom just had a knee replacement and doesn't seem to be reacting very well to neurotin and or maybe the tramodol. Can you recommend a pain reliever , besides the Tylenol she is receiving, to help with reducing pain? She is highly allergic to daluadid, codeine, hydrocodine, and ketamine. She seems very sensitive too most drugs.
