My Neck And Jaw Have Felt Tense, Tight, And Swollen

My neck and jaw have felt tense, tight, and swollen for a couple weeks. Sometimes it's rough to swallow and hard to breath. Makes me nervous, irritated, and very stressed out too. Sometimes it feels like it will drive me crazy. I had this happen very similarly about 8 years ago. I then had a c5 c6 disc fusion inmy neck and most of those issues went away. But now it's back in my neck. I have no insurance and can't afford Obama Care! What can I do?
