My Nose Is Completely Plugged Up. I Have No Other

My nose is completely plugged up. I have no other symptoms except for a runny nose and a little sneezing. This started 3 days ago. I have no fever, no cough, no aces or pains. Clear, thin mucus. Tried taking steamy showers, saline spray, Vick's vapor rub, NyQuill, DayQuill, Sedafed decongestant, constantly blowing nose. Nothing is helping. Can't breathe through my nose at all, can't sleep and went through 3 boxes of Kleenex.

Any suggestions are welcome.
