My Poop Came Out Very Fast Today And Then I

My poop came out very fast today and then i looked in the toilet and there was black oil in the water? also the when i wiped, it was very orange. this has happened once before but the oil was orange, and that was after i had eaten buttery fish, however today i haven't eaten any fish, in fact i haven't eaten fish in 4 months, I'm vegan. please help?
