My Question Refers To The Stage At Which My Kidneys

My question refers to the stage at which my kidneys are now functioning. Unfortunately, I got to the state at which I was hospitalized for aspirin; I thought this step would help to reduce the pain. I was never diagnosed with the final diagnosis, that being, bladder stones, or too much creatine(protein), or the like. At the point that I was ready to be assessed, I would not be able to clearly give all the examples which would made it very clear to any urologist, internist, or any kidney specialist that further tests should be given.
