My Son Aged About 3years 3 Monthes Has Gone Through

My son aged about 3years 3 monthes has gone through a test recently which reveals that his right ear identifiable vth peak present at 40dBnHL and that of in the left ear present at 90dBnHL.Please tell why is it different ?Is it normal to him?Is there any problem?He is now only to speak some small word like "baba","ma","dada","mama","cow","cat"all birds he calls "kak" please tell also remedial measure to enable him to speak sentence smoothly.
