My Son Has Been Inconsolable All Night, He Has A

My son has been inconsolable all night, he has a rash on his butt, sounds like a hard time breathing, his right hand and forearm are swollen and red, earlier they were warm. My son also hasn't been eating normally and has been sleeping quite a bit. My moms dog accidentally jumped on him and the dog weighs about 65 pounds, he did that Thursday, what are the odds the two are connected and should I take him tonight to the hospital?
