Ok. I Ve Not Had A Period In 3yrs. I

Ok. I ve not had a period in 3yrs. I m 51 in menopause, saw my local gyn 1 month ago for right quad abdominal pain, ongoing. I ve had endo, colonoscope, c.t, and have seen a urololgist, gastro, and primary, all in the past 6 mon. Had an mri in past 2 weeks hopefully getting results thurs. Ok my question is : today it now appears that i have started a light period, complete with light cramps. What should i do. Mind you, no period whatsoever in 3 yrs. M. Leclair
